ey there. im from the phils too... from the central(visayas). there are a couple of filipinos here too. one thing though, avoid using our dialect... di kasi lahat maka-intindi tapos si gendou baka magtatanong(coz not all can understand then gendou might question).

My mother is from Laoag in Ilocos Norte, but I don't speak Ilacano. But I've been to the Philippines multiple times and just went this last summer. But I also keep in touch with some Philippines pop culture every now and then. Have you guys seen a movie called The Debut? It's about a Filipino-American family in L.A. and it stars Dante Basco, who plays Rufio in Hook.

I'm from Manila too! I study in the School of the Holy Spirit of QC.. Ya know, the exclusive girl school. :P Oh.. I know SSA. You guys are taking the cheerleading/cheerdancing scene by storm. Your school performed in our school's fair, right? You guys were awesome! :) Oh yeah, call me Diana :) P.S. We're referring to the same school.. right? (Baka mukha lang akong tanga dito.. Wow...so I guess there are quite a umber of Filipinos here XD Anyway, I'm Mina and I'm from Antipolo. kaz >> yup yup. Philippines /is/ a great place with great people =3...its just that some (or most) of those on the higher flanks and position wastes our resources and uses them for personal gain X(. Ah, well...
