Can I ask about msn messenger here?

Is it possible, once deleted, that someone can still view your past conversations? If so, how do you delete all traces of those messenges?

If this isn't allowed then I'll delete it as quick as possible. I'm in a hurry.

if you delete a conversation, the only other copy would lie on the computer of the person you were talking to.

yupps, gendou's right. however, there will only be another copy in your/the other person's comp, provided that your/that person's own account settings under 'message history' has activated the messge history to be saved. or else, i dont think there will be any way for the conversation to be traced. hope that helps too. ^^

Unless you have "MSG Plus!" or "MSG Plus! Live" installed in which case they can also be keeping logs (However they are much better!) so also check for that.

My advice is if you are having conversations that are a bit risky, disable logging in both MSN and MSG Plus! / Live

xD It's nothing bad. I was just curious. I was thinking that.. if there's a privacy agreement when you install then there shouldn't be a way to trace your messages if you didn't agree that it could save them. Is that right? Well... um.. thanks for your help.

MSG Plus? Interesting... I'll google that right now to see what it is. xD
