Why does this keep happening??

Sorry, but you must wait a few seconds between downloads. If you do not, you see this message, and will have to wait an EXTRA 10 seconds! Countdown: 5 seconds. This is warning number 1 of 100 until your account is banned. -lmao..it could be my first download that whole day and it still gives me this message at least 10 times before it lets me download.. I'm using Firefox because IE7 doesnt work with this site...it seems. Is there someway I can fix this? Because..Now it's warning me...and it's kinda ridiculous, Is it possible my computer is trying to download it twice?? Any help, is good help : ) Thank you |

There should be no problem displaying this website with IE7. If there is, please let me know the specific nature of the problem.
