how to upload?

| i got a song to upload onto the web. but whenever i went to the upload site, it said that uploading is disabled at that time. can someone tell me the time that it is enabled so that i can upload the song? thanks :) |

uploading is disabled from time to time. i need to go through over 400 old uploads before i can handle any new ones.

Gendou. I suggest that when upload is disabled, submit request should be disabled as well cause I believe people submit requests faster than uploading. Maybe also when submit request is disabled upload should not. What do u think Gendou? |

it doesnt matter how many requests there are, i can store up to a billion in my database table. however, i have a 4GB limit set for my account, so when it gets close i have to shut it down.
