Fullmetal Alchemist: final ending song

| Does anyone know the name/artist of the FMA ending song for the last few episodes? It starts out with "afuredasu namida nara ima wa tomenakute ii" then "stay.... stay... stay..." If anyone has any idea what it is or where it could find it that'd be great. Thanks. |
