Gilgamesh - anyone else annoyed by this?

Overall, I like the series, and the music. There's just too many times throughout where one person will say something and the other person just responds with complete surprise and gasps. What the heck? Could the writers not come up with some dialogue? Is this some cultural thing that an american can't understand? It would be like, if this were Star Wars: [Darth Vader]: I'm you're father, Luke. [Luke]: uh [Obi Wan]: Use the Force, Luke! [Luke]: uh I've only watched the first 2 volumes so far and I think I know where this is all heading. I like the moodiness and characters though and I'll keep watching it. Just wish the writers had done a better job. |
