Can you ever request a song already requested

Okay here is my main question. I'm a big Urusei Yatsura fan and the song Pajama Jama Da was already requested. My question is can the song ever be requested again because you know circumstances do change sometimes. It could be that before nobody wanted it because nobody actually had the song to easily donate. But seeing Open Invitation put onto Gendous makes me think that perhaps the person who donated it didn't see the request before. So can a song that was requested in the past ever be requested again? Otherwise it seems fairly unfair if somebody actually has easy access to such a CD and didn't know about the request before.

The official policy is: no. However, if you make a donate, I may "forget to check" your request history, if you know what I mean. Yes, there is a sliver of a chance that a song not uploaded before would be uploaded a second time around, but that's beside the point. If it's not popular enough, I cannot afford the server space or bandwidth, much less wasted time adding it to the database. Keep in mind that the volume of requests is FAR greater than the capacity for me to host them. Since this question is specifically addressed in the FAQ, I'm going to have to slap you upside the head with a herring!
