How to make a gif???

Is anyone out there know how to make a gif? well....., I'm still amateur in making something like that. so, can anyone please guide me to make a gif? or maybe give me some information about the software that I need? I appreciate every single of your help |

here's a site to get you started on making animated gifs(i've read through some pages, and it looks like it's pretty easy to understand) you can use Adobe ImageReady or GIMP to create them |
