One Piece Soundtrack

i have a couple of questions concerning the one piece soundtrack: 1. has there been an album released that is solely the background music played during the anime (is that called OST?)? if yes, what is the title of the album? 2. does anyone know the name of the song played throughout the anime. one of the places i know its in is: -Episode 37: around 20 min, right after nami asks luffy to help her and he shouts "thats damn right" the part that i really like ends around 20 min 30 sec (right before you see yosaku and johnny infront of arlong's gate) i dont think that the song is only around thirty seconds long--it's more likely part of a song. if anyone has any information, please post. thanks ^^
