I watched this "movie" recently & it was absolutely amazing! I wished that the ending wouldn't be slow & cheesy, but it was okay. The whole show gave me this nostalgic state of mood. Anybody should watch it. I loved the soundtracks too.

| I've been undecided on buying this one for quite a while now. I did like it more than Voices of a Distant Star simply because it was longer and more time for character development. The ending was indeed a little corny but overall still a good watch. |

| I love it...the music and the story is great...but I think Voices of a Distant Star made more of an impact on me because it was heaps sadder but The Place Promised in our Early Days was sad at various points...I can't wait for his next installment..."Byousoku 5 Centimeter"...it looks really interesting... |

It was great, especially the backgrounds. Really really corny ending, but it was pretty at the very least. Yep, I'm also awaiting 5cm- looks nice.  |

another my fave anime movie, makoto shinkai never cease to amaze me

| I watched this movie and fell asleep. Lol, I'm not much of a fan of this. It took a while to actually get into anything (from what I remember). But I could be wrong. In my opinion, it was just slightly boring. >3>; |
