Red Sunset, Bloody Sunrise

In the year 2056, a phenomenon named the 'Holy Kiss' has happend. In that time, individuals have suddenly developed strange powers. Magic, Alchemy, Telekenisis, and other abilites that have been thought to be fiction became real. Also, they have discovered that children that have a parent(s) that have developed this powers also have them, but it is random. At first, the ordinary people and their governments were happy and joyful. There are people who can do many extraordinary things and could enable many things to happend! But, after 5 years, a incident happend. A pyromacer has burned his employer to a crisp beacuse the employer denied him of paid leave. This is treated as a wake up call to the other oridnary people. What the heck? These 'abnormal' people could very well upsurp power from us and treat us as slaves! Then came the incident named 'Red Sunset' for in that particular sunset, a alcemist was murdered by a mob on which sets off a chain of killing very much like the old witch hunts. Of course, the 'Genesis People' as they like to be called, tried to plead with the government. But it was all for naught. The government stoped trying to prevent the killings and participated in them. Families were torn apart, the 'Genesis People' were sent to concentration camps to die. It was like the killing of the jews in World War 2. The 'Genensis People', upon seeing this, became angry, and started fighting back en-mass. A call was made through out the world: "All of our Brothers and Sisters, go to Egypt! There, we shall build a new country!" There, in the sandy dunes of Egypt, they have setteled, With their powers, they have changed the sandy dunes into a grassy paradise. The whole world, upon seeing this, became angry, their better juggment is clouded by racism and jelosy. They have started a war. This has gone on for 1 year, with weapons modifyed to counter act the 'Genesis People"'s powers. In that war, a very radical group of GP has started to treat ordinary people like the ordinary people treat the GPs. The war goes on, with neither side never remembering the starting point of this foolish war. Then, in the gates of the capital, a nuke was detonated, killing millions. This was the climax of the Red Sunset, and the end of the war. There were survivors that had escaped execusion by hidding them selfves. The year was 2062. 2197 is the year, a generation has came by and gone. The scars of the war was erased by the governments of the world. The only reminder of the city that was destroyed is the reverted form of the sands of Egypt, once a green place, again became sand. People has wisened up. Filled with grief and guilt, they have stoped the massacers. But some still like the war to go on. They either gained profit from it or they just hate the differences of the GPs. The new generation of children, untouched by war, has risen up. This is the Bloody Sunrise, for from the bloody past, came a sunrise. This is the beggining of our story.... Ora........ That is one long thing..... anyways, standard RP rules apply. All the people that has been waiting for this, you might want to reapply or revamp your bios. All new hands, welcome! We would start from the beggining. Races : Genesis People- People who has magical powers. They have recived them by from the phenomenon called 'Holy Kiss'. The can do alchemy or be a pyromage. They have been hidding their powers from others for a genenration. They are discoraged from being noticed or having a high position. Some hold gruges from the past. They are hunted down by both parties. Oridinary People- People who have not been magiacly altered. Despite having no magical powers, they have modified wepons designed to kill GPs (only the military has them) if the situation calls for it. There are some who old gruges from the past. They are hunted down by both parties. Setting: High School. Well, we shall play as the next generation. We are not touched by the war but we know about it. Our actions shall spell the fate of our two races. And remember, there are people on both sides on which shall hunt you down. So be careful. Make friends and allies. Together you shall stand, Isolated you shall fall. The intro should at least lok like this: Name Age Sex (or gender if you are offended by the word) Hair Eyes Race Class (if GP) Bio You could modify it if you wish. I'll give you an example by using my character: Name: Muji, Kirio Age: 14 Sex: Male Hair:Black spiky hair (not that spiky) Eyes:Dark Brown Race: Genesis People Class: Alchemist Bio: Since grade school, he have been a very difficult person to talk to (says his peers). But since then, he have opened up a little bit and could have seen saying the occational hello to a random stranger. He wears a Black Hoody and has a white shirt underneath. He also wears grey pants and is always have a calm face on, nomatter the situation (rummors say that he just stared with out emmotion when a fellow student have fractured his skull. Kirio did call the ambulance but was calm all the time.) He is also described as the most 'normal' Genesis People with his hair and eyes. It is also rummored that he is a member of ROOTS. This rumor is dismised as nothing by the adults under the grounds that they don't hire children..... Student #2983614039 See? No biggy. I will stop accepting characters after 2 days of this thread's launch (it is Oct. 23 right now.) This is my first RP so.... ya..... The splinter groups could be either funded by private companies (like my ROOTS and Mizrahi) or terrorist groups (Blue Earth). For those people who are 14, this is the best cover for the age, but you need to adjust your profiles though. The splinter groups can be either work for protection of all or starting the war again or other ones that you may want to specify.

Name: Tasuki Kusanagi Age: 16 Sex: Male Full Appearance:  Race: Genesis People [Incomplete Characteristic] Class: Necromancer - ability to control the dead Bio: A dark individual that contains medieval personality. His mother is one of the GP while his father is an ordinary person, in the actual his parents kept their secret being two kinds loving each other. He was born by then, but when he was a child, the officials found out about his parents, then killed them. He ran and hide, trying to get away from being caught. His powers are still inactive to him, since he's just a half GP and half OP, though he knew little about his powers are too powerful and uncontrollable once it awakens. Currently he was living inside a boarding house and a job as a delivery boy, but his personality is too dark that some people fear him.  |

Name:Takeshi Tsuki Age:16 Sex:male Hair:black Eyes:black Race:genisis people Class:ALCHEMIST(he can turn any thing into a bullet) Bio: takeshi is a peace loving guy who lived in the city... this is the only place he can remember beacause his family was killed in the war ten years ago... he lived with his brother before untill his brother was murdered in a shoot out... he soon developed his powers and swore to avenge his brothers death he goes to the highschool and usually skips class and sits on the roof wondering why he exists..no one loves or understands him.... his last girlfriend found out who he was and left him all alone...he has been in a state of true depression ever since. he feels that if he opens up to any one he will be hurt again

But,the situation doesn't let her to continue with her current state.So she must throw away the peaceful life and fights to protect herself.No matter who is the enemy,ordinary people or genesis people,she needs to fight to survive. has one cute robot following her around ^o^

hnnn... maybe I must keep a running cast list. And thanks for that link! I will try to work it out or something. Oh yeah... is it just me or is everyone older that my character? *looks*.......... *edit* Oh yeah!! I forgot to mention but me thinking about this sooo much that it spured me to create another story based on the plot! It shall feature OCs that are fighting in the Red Sunset. It shall flesh out the story more. Unfortunately, I am not going to be able to post the stories anytime this month cause I have so much work to do. So keep an eye out for it! NOT FOR CHILDREN! CONTAINS BLOOD AND GORE!! WILL CONTAIN RAPE AND INHUMANE TORTURE!! Keep an eye out for it in Ficwad! I think they have an original story section there..... mah...... (Gotta love interesting storylines! XD) Name: Yu Hanazo Age: 14 Sex: guy or dude or male for you technical people Hair: black and long enough to cover his eyes (hates haircuts for some reason) Eyes: blocked by his hair bangs (He dosent really know himself!) Race: human Class: ..... Bio: At birth Yu was expected to die instantly, so his parents had abandoned him on the street. However, a military general picked him up and became his father. Yu was trained in a huge (if not all) array of weapons to maintain peace by force in one of the more chaotic spots of the world. However, the area was resettled, and his father suggested he go to another country to study (more like drugged and shipped off). So now this teenage war hero is, as he says "In urgent need of pickup". So right now he's in a bit of a tight spot seeing as he came with nothing but the clothes on his back (it was only about a month ago he stopped stealing or as he says, "forcibly aqireing supplies." oftentimes most people avoid him fearing he's some sort of a maniac, so most of the time he's performing community service, though there are occasions when a gernade accidentlly falls into the trash bin which causes some serious problems when it goes for recycling, and other rather unfortunate events usually having to do with a weapon happen on a daily if not hourly basis...   |

Ah, Hanzo-san, as much as I enjoy your bio (it WOULD be interesting), your bio doesn't co-responds with my story's timeline. Unless you are 100 plus years old (on which you are not...), you hadn't participated in the Red Sunset for you weren't born yet! Oh woops, there! I edited it to say he's been fighting to regain peace in one of the more undesireble places in the world, then shipped off here for education during peacetime (until it gets chaotic over there again)... |

ora... I just finished putting out the UNDER JUGEMENT thing in the cast list. Welcome, Hanzo-san! *edit* So just people know, even if the whole world is guilty of doing those stuff to the GPs, there are still some people and/or officials that hate them. Some of them broke into splinter groups to 'Perge of the World of their Satanic Blood!!' (Taken from 'Blue Earth', a splinter group) while some used their political power or money to kill off any GPs that they want out of the picture. This also apply to the GPs also. Some use their powers to kill off OPs........... That just goes to show that not everything is perfect!

Eyes: Red Race: Genisis people Class: Shinigami(Vizard) Bio: His parents were GPs, his mother had the power of a mage while his father had the power of a warrior.He doesn't hate all OPs despite what their race has done to his.He gained the abilities of a Shinigami Vizard.He is a master swordsman and is devastating at close-mid range.He would mercilessly kill anyone who attacks if they are powerful enough.

Since then it was repaired and upgraded to meet modern standards. However it's old technology makes it very mysterios to modern science. It carries a mighty atomic stick to thwart anyone who gets near Jasmine. It also has various other functions such as stereo, tv, phone, toaster, watch, dishwasher, pencil sharpener, mini-death star, etc. It follow Jasmine around everywhere and even in the bathroom. Runs on 9-V batteries.  Jomunga eats your avatars. |

@Bloody Moon Serenade-san, the country we are located in is in Japan. The Japanese government is the only one that stayed neutal in the Red Sunset. They offer a safe place for GPs to live on. But that doesn't mean that the citizens of Japan were in the same page as their government. They mobed many GPs until the Jap. Government was forced to give a certain area on which GPs were told to stay. The GPs were of course grateful, it was better that persecution anyways! So in the end of the Red Sunset, the GPs were then alowed to move out of the desiugnated areas. The marjority of the GP survivors came from Japan. Of course, that doesn't mean that all survivors came from japan, there are also other survivors from other countries! Well, I'll get started on the opening! It shall feature the existance and work that certian orginazation(s) does.... Look in my character's profile for hints about it.....

Red Sunset, Red Dawn It was dark. Not one sane person would be out at this time. Only criminals and people with malicious intent would be roaming the streets. It is also known to all that they don’t care about each other. So they didn’t react when they saw 4 men running. The men appear to be running from something, or someone. They were muttering non-sense but one word was enough to get the others walking away briskly: ROOTS. The running men, in their terrified haze, went into a dead end. In panic, they tried to scramble out of the alley when a dark figure dropped down to the entrance. Said figure was short, a height of a 14-15 year old, and is wearing an overflowing black cloak. But it seems that the thing that the men are most scared of is the emblem at the front of the cloak. It is the emblem of ROOTS. “Roger Pittfield, Roiji Matsukata, James Cartwell, you are charged of rape, attempted rape, murder, torture, and framing an innocent. You are here by then sentenced to death by the order of ROOTS HQ†announced the black figure as he draws a broad sword that is twice his size. “Please! Spare us!†“Don’t Kill Me!!!†“God Have Mercy!!†was the answers to his announcement. “You kind of people disgust me..... Treating your own kind and my own kind like that….. You all deserve to die.....†he said ominously as he swings his sword in an arc..... The sounds of their cries and blood splatter was heard through out the block..... ******************* The figure is walking inside a building. The building’s inhabitants is also wearing the same outfit as the figure, but he is shorter that the others. He stopped on a door and opened it. Inside is an office on where a woman is sitting down. Poised and dignified, she looked up to the figure in an asking manner. “What is it, Kirio-kun?†she asks. “Finished, Ms. Uzumi.†Kirio responded as he salutes and stands in attention. “Good, Kirio-kun, you are quite efficient aren’t you?†she says as she looks around for something. “Ok, you have a long term information gathering mission. You will find all info in this folder. Mei-san already created another profile for you in the government’s files for this mission.†She says as she hands Kirio a folder. Kirio, to his credit, had only twitched a little. ‘Mei-chan has surely given me a weird profile... sigh.... Oh well, time to get moving’ he thinks as he takes the folders, salutes, and goes out the office and starts reading the folder. Ms. Uzumi, on the other hand, was trying to contain a laugh. ‘3…2…1…’ she thinks when she braces her self for the explosion.... “WHAT???!?!?!?!?!?!!?†Kirio’s shout echoed through the complex.
