Fav Cowboy Bebop Moment

What is everyones favorite Bebop moment? Mines gotta be when Spike and my all time favorite character of any anime Vicious are fighting in the last episode. It wasnt a very long scene but it was uber cool.  |

| Yea that scene was one of the best but you guys have to agree that any battle between Spike and Vicious was a great moment like one of the first fights they had that was in the church. That was another really cool scene in the Bebop series |

Yes, I loved the scene were Spike gets pushed out of the cathedral's stain glass window and then they play that Greenbird song (so touching). I think we all can agree it was awesome when the crew got high on shrooms... |

When Spike and Vicious fight for the first time when Spike is on the ground having Vicious' sword at his shoulder while pointing his gun at Vicious'.

The best seen of the entire series is the part in which Spike is storming the Syndicate building, culminating in the fight with Vicious. The absolute best moment is when Vicious and Spike fight, and both of their weapons are knocked away, so they allow one another to retrieve them for a fair fight. Good times.
This thing all things devour,
birds, beasts, trees, flowers.
Gnaws iron, bites steel,
and grinds hard stones to meal.
Slays king, ruins town, and beats high mountain down.

Nice call with the spoiler alerts, I hate it when people talk about something and ruin it for me. So in this case I'll have to use it. -SPOILER- -SPOILER- I thought it was amazing how Spike went down fighting, and when he had no gun he shot them with his hand. The fridge episode was really crazy. If only they showed what happened after everyone was unconsious(except for Ed) :(. Also the movie was very good i think ~SPOILER~~SPOILER~ the thing i liked about the movie is that is showed the best that spike could do with everything for examples: Infiltrating a heavy security are and getting away, his gun skills and quick thinking, all his piloting skills(which was awsome by the way), and lastly his greatness in close-combat fighting :) ~SPOILER~~SPOILER~ |

I'd have to say... ~SPOILER ALERT~ In the series... the last part of Real Folks Blues, where spike just points his finger at all the syndicate and says, "Bang." Great ending of the series. In the movie... probably the whole scene with the ISSP and army moving into the Water treatment plant. It almost seems detatched in a way, then snaps you back to reality. (On both deployments, is it '7 Minutes' playing? It sounds like it) ~END OF SPOILERS~ |

Yea, I agree with -andrew-, When Spike gets knocked out of the stain glass window and then they play Green Bird, it shows him falling from the window as a grenade he droped off explodes. I get chills everytime.

So many great moments. I loved the ending of Bebop. Awesome. And I also love the ending of Jupiter Jazz when Spike helps Gren with his ship and 'Space Lion' plays. Man I love that song so much! Also in the movie when 'Is It Real?' plays while Vincent is talking about his past. Very moving.

I have to agree with anyone who likes the ending of the series. . . In fact, I'd venture to say it's the best ending to any anime series ever. I could watch those last two episodes over and over. But for a truly favorite moment. . . Never leave things in the refrigerator. . . Need I say more?

I love all the music. They mixed the action and music so well that every time i hear a bebop song i can picture the scene or episode it is from. I agree with Trouv that it does have the best ending in any anime ever accept maybe... well i cant remember the title but it was the show with the robot boy who was half blue and half red. He played the guitar and pretended he was human. That ending for me was prolly the best. |

Toys in the Attic and Mushroom Samba are the wildest and funniest episodes of the series. Remember Spike's final bit of wisdom? "Don't leave things in the refrigerator." "If you see a stranger; follow him!" In Mushroom Samba, when Ed left out those funny mushrooms and the gang ate them...hilarious! |

when Julia (is that her name? whatever, Spike's girlfriend) FINALLY died. God, she got annoying so fast... Plus Faye is obviously superior to her anyways.

Watched my boxed set of Cowboy Bebop so many times XD and yeah of course the ending was one of the best moments but so were the Jupitor Jazz eps. in my opinion ^^ But snce I'm a Faye fan I have to add in her moments in the eps Speak like a Child when they found her video tape. and in Hard Luck Woman when Ed and Faye went to the Earth and Faye found her old home destroyed
