I just read the first graphic novel of it and I love the action and bloodshed in it.....oh yeah! I almost forgot about the hot chicks in it too.....d@# Im such a perve.

Haha, hot? The lead girl is a bit...un-feminine, but I guess the others are ok. Now, the guys are pretty drool worthy ^_^ Now, I've heard great things about Deeper, and I even watched a few episodes. But it was too late, I had already fallen for Rurouni Kenshin and there was no turning back. I found waaay to many parallels in Deeper with Kenshin, to the point where it felt like a cheap rip off. Albeit, I was still attracted attracted to Deeper for it's supernatural appeal, but other than that all my kudos goes to Kenshin for plot and originality. |

The anime series was okay (the end sucked!!)- I like the manga way better. I don't think that it's like Kenshin though, Kenshin had a way better story (also another case of the manga being better - end of the anime sucked!). The only real parellel is that Kyoshiro was also wanderer...  |

I know! I love KYO...his hot....the demon side AND when his just the travelling medicine guy....!!! but i have to agree. the more you watch, the more outrageous and a bit confusing it gets... but i still think the book is awesome |

I definately liked it. The ending was a slight bit of a let down cause you sorta want the resolution. I find it just as ambiguous as Akira or Perfect Blue or Evangelion though. I think just as a quick action piece it's pretty good. I've never read the manga, but I've heard it's much more graphic. For the most part, I think it raises some good points here and there, and it makes you think and wonder enough. I never liked Kenshin. haha. |

Hi I'm a fan of Samurai deeper kyo!! Kyo-san is so cool!! Kyoshiro is a little ecchi, but still cute!! But I like Yukimura too, although sometimes he might dress as a woman?! Benitora's kanzai's accent is so funny (okashii) There're so many bishis and bishos!! Yuuya-chan's hot!! Drool!! Hm, at first the story might seems to have slight similarity with Kenshin, but in the later episode, it another different stroke!! Ja mata ne, mi-chan

| I watched the animation, and it's like, what's the damn ending? There dont seems to be an ending in there. I read the manga. I like Akira and Yukimura! they rox. As for Kyo, I think he's such a perv. |

I didn't like the ending of the anime either... >.<;; seems too abrupt for me and a lot of things were left unanswered. But what drew me to it in the first place is the amazing art. ^__^ I really like the art of the anime! And the opening music is great too! *grins* My favorite characters are Yukimura and Kyoshiro... even though Kyoshiro is such a perv... ^^;;  |

| I've only read the first 4 mangas (since I stopped going to the mall a long time ago... -_-;) and have yet to see the anime (though I own it) I love Kyo, he's so awesome, and Kyoshiro, too, but I think his perverse personality, though funny, has officially become an anime cliche... just like characters who eat too much... I don't care, though, I never pay any attention to that... or at least, I TRY not to... |

i'm a HUGE fan of the manga, but from what i've heard from other SDK fans, the anime sucked. my favorite character is yukimura... he's awesome!

kYOSHIRO NIBU is the one who had lived. it's pretty obvious since they were selling drugs at the end of the story. KYOSHIRO NIBU is my favorite character, besides he had defeated KYO  |

| The anime was cool.But somehow,i didn't quite get the ending of it.It was kinda confusing but nevertheless,the fight scenes were top notch.Ok.Maybe that was a bit exaggerated but all in all,it's worth a watch. |
