problems with mp3 player

hey there, I don't know whether this is the right place to post this but I couldn't find a better place. I'm having a problem with some songs, they download and play just fine on my computer, but when I put them on my mp3 player I get a "cannot play" error! I've only experienced this with Shooting Star from Onegai Sensei and Days from Eureka Seven... is it just something with my mp3 player, or is there something wrong with the songs themselves? |

that is quite an old mp3 player...so it might be that the firmware doesn't support the mp3 track tag(id3,id3v2 etc etc).you can go to this site(to learn about your mp3 and what a firmware upgrade is),then to this siteto download and install the firmware into your Dell DJ Pocket 5GB mp3 player. note:before installing the firmware, be sure to read everything there is in the download page. |
