Please, if anyone could help me by telling me some good scores from Anime. Ones i like at the moment are: Yasashisa no Shouzou (Portrait of Tenderness) frm Chobits Never Meant To Belong frm Bleach Sadness And Sorrow frm Naruto So if anyone knows of any similar to these or just some really good ones i would love to know the names of them, thanks. |

I would recommend EVERYTHING that Yoko Kanno has ever produced. Really. Good anime composers you should look up - Yuki Kajura (.hack//SIGN, Noir, Mai-hime, Aquarian Age, Tsubasa Chronicle etc) Taku Iwasaki (Get Backers, Rurouni Kenshin Seishou Hen, R.O.D TV and OVA) Shiro Sagisu (Neon Genesis Evangelion, Bleach) Motoi Sakuraba (Gensomaden Saiyuki) Naoki Sato (X TV) (HIGHLY RECOMMENDED) Eguchi Takahito (Trinity Blood - best tracks - Requiem ~Inori~ and resolution) Nanase Hikaru (Angel Sanctuary) Michiru Ooshima (Full Metal Alchemist) Joe Hisaishi (Spirited Away, Princess Mononoke, Laputa, all Miyazaki films) Yoko Kanno recommended works - Escaflowne soundtracks (four soundtracks + movie) Cowboy Bebop (nine soundtracks + movie) Wolf's Rain (two soundtracks) Turn-A-Gundam (three soundtracks) X Character Files (one soundtrack of instrumental music) All of the above soundtracks I recommend. However, if you want specific songs, just ask and I'll have to compile a more detailed list. |
