A MAGNA CARTA FOR GENDOU.COM, is it necessary?

Due to the lack of clear statements regarding the rights of gendou users in the TOS page, would it be possible to have some concrete set of rules(i.e, constitution) that would limit the currently absolute authority of our respected moderating staff and establish the rights and duties of gendou.com users more clearly than the TOS. Please reply if you have comments or suggestions, or if you are a mod, your holy opinion. i promise that it will be for the best interests of all. thank you.

Here are some benefits of having a constitution in gendou.com

1) Offending users will be punished in proportionate to the offense commited. (no unreasonable bans)

2) The Users will be aware not just their dont's but also their rights.

3) It will give the mod staff the respect based on good example and reasonable admistration and not on blind fear.

4) It will be a way for users to appeal any unreasonable or disproportionate sanction.

5) It will give the users an opportunity to present his/her case (and defend it) to a mod member fairly. (no more dont argue with the mods)

Gendou.com is a private website.
You are a guest on my server.
I have every (legal) right to do what I want with my server.
Because I cannot be online 24/7, moderators are chosen by me to represent my wishes.
If I find a moderator is incapable of performing this task to my liking, I will remove their privileges.
The very fact that they are able to zap signatures, delete posts, and move threads, means that I give them the right to do so at their will, as though it were my own will.
They (like a governmental body) represent me.
If you have a beef with a moderator, talk to me about it.
Raise further problems in the forum (example: this thread) and you will be banned.

1) I will make it clear herein that all "bans" are issued by myself personally.
If you think my judgement to be unreasonable, fuck off and leave my website.
I do not want nor do i need you, or your bandwidth consumption, jerk.

2) ALL RULES ARE POSTED TO THE BEST OF MY ABILITIES. There are an infinite number of possible scenarios that would result in action on the part of the moderators or myself. An infinite list cannot be displayed on a website. I have summed it up to the best of my abilities on the forum conduct rules page. For the record, it clearly states Signatures should be no greater than 100 pixels in height. "Signature" includes the text AND the image portions.

I have a choice to be concise or verbose in wording the rules. I have chosen to be concise as more people will be likely to read it that way.

3) There is much discussion between myself and the moderators. They have ample good examples to learn by. As for reasonable administration, if you don't like my style, you can tongue my sphincter and leave. As for blind fear, one who does no wrong need not be afraid of punishment for wrongdoing.

4) This is already available. You will now know all about it, since your ass is banned! lol

5) Again, this process is handled by myself personally in all cases. Your input is appreciated (not really) but there is no way in hell I am going to let a leech free-down-loader who has not given me a penny tell me how to run my website, or tell my moderators how to do their job. That is MY job.
