SD Gundams Good or Bad?

Super Deformed Gundams originally parodies but now grew into a large amount of products more recently is the anime SD Gundam Force so what are your opinions on this show as well as SD Gundams in general?

The anime SD Gundam Force sucks! Really sucks! It has no right whatsoever to use the name Gundam. I don't acknowledge SDGF to be part of Gundam series. But it has good OP and ED songs, and I like those songs. Nevertheless, Gundam is no Pokemon nor Digimon. It's GUNDAM!

The early SD Gundam OVAs are pretty funny, albiet, it's very silly: As for other mediums... I didn't like SD Gundam Force, though it wasn't ment for me as a demographic anyway. The SD style is also adventageous for games such as Super Robot Wars, or G Gen for several reasons. Mainly being: 1. It allows the unit in question to be easily recognized even when graphics are lackluster. 2. It maintains a tradition carried over since the games' inception. 3. The copyright holders charge an arm and a leg to use the apporpriately proportioned versions. |
