Gendou policy on news stories

I looked in the FAQ, but there didn't seem to be anything relevant. My apologies if this has been addressed already. For future reference, if someone sees a story or picture they want to share, what is the policy for doing so? Some forums I belong to changed rules after the court decision a few years ago about copywrighted material. It was different from place to place, but usually it was using "Fair Use Doctrine" to start the story, maybe no pictures, an incomplete story or perhaps no direct links to articles. It may not be an issue anymore, but I don't want to cause problems. Thanks. |

you can link a news article but not copy-paste it. you can link images so long as the host of the image allows hotlinking. thanks for asking :)
