Can't download full file

| I was downloading a song on your website, and while it was starting to download, I accidently hit a button on the website. This finished the download and when I try to download it again, it only downloads the little bit it downloaded before. Please Help!!!! |

you might try clearing your cache.

I found the cache and I didn't know what to look for, all the things were files with names like : d987fsd5gfd and kdjfus98dg789. Couldn't understand them at all. Still need help! |

just use firefox instead of IE, that will solve all your computer and romantic problems.
