So gendou decided to add such features hehe. did gendou became the target of spamming, bombardment hehe.... Anyway is there a way to decode such encryption... Say a program that would read that image and read the characters.. a little pattern matching i guess..??

if the letters were all the same, it would be possible, yes. that is why the captcha used on gendou.com has tilted and scratched letters.
