Fruits basket: Ren is Akito's mother???

Hi guys, first time i write in this forum. I just want to know is it true that Ren is Akito's mother? If I'm not mistaken, Ren was married with the Head of Souma family and they have a daughter and Ren cannot accept the fact that the Head of Family (he already died though) loved the child more than her. That's why she hates Akito so much... Isn't it true? ^_^;

Yup Ren is Akito's mom Ren and Akito became extremely antagonistic, especially since Ren believed her daughter was nothing. She would continually claim that Akito's bond with the Jyūnishi was fake, instilling doubts within Akito and her relationship with the thirteen cursed Sohmas, while Ren and Akira's relationship was the "real thing". Sly and cruel, Ren's attitude towards Akito may have caused Akito's tendency to lash out at the Jyūnishi and treat them as though they lived only for her, especially as Akito refused to comply to her mother's claims that Akito should treat the Jyūnishi with kindness and respect. |

haru went out with ren? no way! i dont think so! haru is so loyal to rin chan..or isuzu. maybe u mistaken her for rin. ren is akito' mama. did anyone read the manga volume 18 and 19 yet? can anyone tell me wad did ren ask rin to steal for her from akito's room? wad is dat package that got rin into trouble with akito when akito caught her? im soo curious! o and does anyone know how i can write to the artist of fruits basket manga?

Ren was a really screwed up whore to Akito too. Come on, she intentionally raised Akito to be a boy just because she was jelous about the attention Akito was getting from the Head of the Sohmas. He's her f***ing father you stupid bitch.

haru went out with ren? No, it was Shigure who had a fling with Ren. From reading the translation for the latest chapter (chapter 130 or vol 22 equivalent), the manga might end soon as the "banquet" is finally over. |

Ren didnt noe wat was in the box she just noes that akira gave it to akito. there was nothing in the box...the servants gave it to akito to "console her tired heart" when she was little and her dad died. the servants said (akira's)his soul in the box. | Wait up people... Wasn't Ren and Rin is the same person.. Oooo I so confuse.. Rin is the horse's chinese zodiac right? If Ren and Rin totally different persons, can somebody tell me where I can find info bout her (I mean Ren of course) on the Net? I never found anything about her before. Don't tell me to read the manga, cos the Fruit baskets very hard to find around my place. Or if someone very kind please tell more bout Ren (Ren, not Rin, OK!! :) I'm so curious to know bout her.. She never being showed in the Anime right? Just like Rin too right?? Thank you people...^_^ |

Ren, Rin, Kureno(rooster), and Tohru's real homeroom teacher do not appear in the anime. Sadly enough, there is still no plans for more episodes to come. Volume 14 just hit the shelves and volume 15 is coming December 31... we're a long ways away from catching up. Pretty much Ren is jealous of Akito since Akira gave her more attention. I will say that Akito has gotten softer in the latest chapters. |
