Isuka! Anyone like this game? A lot of fans of XX hate it (?) but I think its cool and had a lot of now defeated potential. The sound is killer too. I love to team up I-No and May. (My ladies!) GUILTY GEAR BY YOUR SIDE FOREVER!! |

Damn, using...? You should go to Comboideos and see matches/combos there, it may cause you to s*** your pants! At the Guilty Gear US National, they didn't have Isuka, in fact my freind Karl and I were the only Isuka AND GGXX players as far as I saw... |

No, only two who were for Isuka AND GGX2, there were alot of GGX2 players, and like ten of them were on GOD LEVEL, while the rest of us while the best in our parts of the country, but still amateurs to these guys! Look up "RF"'s match vids. He perfected the second best Eddie on Earth in the very last round with Faust, to which I screamed out loudly "Who's top-tier now, bitch!?!". (a lot of people laughed and the saying became quite popular in the fight world for a while; they stole it from me, but now its forgotten!). Also, it's said RF and Faust masters have unraveled the secret to finding out how to actually control your items, so they can get Meteors whenever they want! It's not always the best option though. An Johnny is high-tier now, so think about going pro. He also is very good match for a lot of the well rounded characters like Sol and Ky, who most people are only even with. I played the best US Johnny at last year's tournament, he uses Jam mainly but switched to Johhny, since he has an easier time with Sol, I was prepared for Jam but not Johnny, and I had no clue what to do. I also went 3-2 (losing) against our best Eddie in the US, a weird 18-year old kid who carries around a stuffed cow, and sleeps with it for all to see in the lobby. Back to Isuka though, I don't see why it didn't take off like MVC2 did here in the US, they are somewhat similar, and it would be fun to have crazy teams and amazing players who take out three pros at once... |

...i dont know why either...although, i was disappointed by the fact that i couldnt use the analog stick ...most people also didnt like the fact that you had to turn around manually...but i liked the idea of fighting on different planes... ...it would be fun to see good teams...but i dont need a teammate ^_^... |

Oh yeah the manual turn around, there should have been options for that, but I just deal with it and play. Anlaog sitick user? You should try to play with an arcade stick, that may help your game a lot. it can take a long time to adjust though, I'm talking up to an entire year, but then it is worth it. |

...that wasnt a big deal anyway...its fun beating on a pro who thinks hes better than you that cant turn around fast enough to avoid getting hit by an ensenga... ...im already a pro at using an arcade stick... |

Hark! It's a Guilty Gear Isuka thread! At the time I figured i might as well just kick it around a bit, seeing as how i'm the only one in my circle of friends who hadn't played guilty gear. I was already knee-deep in bridget talk. Seriously, he will find you if you're on the web and there's a big concentration of shota fans. Nevertheless, the idea of a nun armed with a yo-yo and robotic teddy bear like entity in a fighting game amuse me, so that-if nothing else, got me to start looking for the game. Intrestingly enough, i had not seen hide nor hair of this game in stores, but my friend let me borrow her copy(still new-ish) and then just let me keep it. I got this game for free. How kick ass! Then i saw the intro vid. iv'e never seen n intro that managed to be that awesome without any actual animation. i was floored. Then i started playing. I was freaking hooked. I'd probably never play street fighter again.

GREATEST LINK EVER!! Oh man, oh man, this is it, GUILTY GEAR ON WIKIPEDIA, YOU MUST SEE THIS GGX2 fans, and I just recently found out from this that Sol is now top-tier again in GGX2 SLASH, and best of all he now takes advantage of MY STYLE, which was actually an imcomplete Sol style before in the previous GGx installment, called GGX2 #reload! I use mid-range screen tactics and spacing, not the corner tctics, as I felt dust loops were too unreliable. Now spacin gis the way to go! Oh man, I am getting back into GGX2 again after T5 Tournament is over! YES! BTW click the bottom linkss for the other GGX characters! PS Itahci, Johnny is also top-tier now! I believe Bridget is also high, and Chip is the other top-tier character. I think Slayer and Eddie have been taken down, as they require skill now...LOL! |

I just got XX# Reload.(mouthfull) and man does story mode piss me off. but at least i get to see a story, until the damned handicapps come to torment me. as for Slash, how many times can they re-do the same game? It's on it's way though, and I'm sure i'll like it, seeing as how it'll be an upgrade. Oh gods up in heaven please tell me i didn't see the word 'tier'...

Tiers teach us much in the competive environmment, 1. Who is winning and therefore popular and who should we be prepared for to get the most possible wins! 2. How "good" our character is, and how prepared we should be for people preparing for us using them! 3. How confident we can be in our charcter's ability to win consistently! 4. How unpopular our character is and whether we'll have the element of surprise! BTW, Slash, Reload, and X2 were all VERY different games from the technical standpoint, and the whole idea of "redoing" the same game doesn't matter to someone who is deeply involved in the game, which is VERY good and rarely gets old! |
