| I'm not sure myself, seen it on an episode of CHEAT! on g4techtv one night. Apparently, during certain cutscenes if you press r1 or whatever it was you get an extra little 'easter egg' in the scene, one is when snake is unconsious. |

Er... I don't quite know what 'guilty little pleasures' you are talking about, but I quite enjoy killing the main characters off if I'm pissed off, hohoho!
