Unable to download..

I can't seem to download music.. everytime i 'rightclick' and save as, i receive an error reading 'a connection with the server could not be established'. I am using IE 6 with windows xp 2. I am not using any download manager/accelerator what so ever.. The song i am trying to download is Higher and Higher from Groove adventure rave.. Ive tested with the latest musics and it all gave me the same error.. is this something wrong with my computer or am i banned from downloading or anything?? |
