What is abuse of the rating system?

| Abuse of the rating system was listed in the FAQ, second from the bottom. But it says you can rate a song as much as you like. And sometimes after I get tired of a song, I may rerate it and lower its rating, and I don't want to commit this violation on accident. |

Changing your rating wouldn't be considered abuse. I think that would abuse would tend to be more of rating everything a 10 that you ever downloaded. |

actually, that FAQ entry is out-dated. the system used to be less secure than it is now, where you could double-vote instead of changing your vote. i will update it to be more like what psoplayer said.
