Can someone translate this for me, please?

http://i6.tinypic.com/1zl3p14.gif

I know it means " [Something] of the Kingdom. "
But I wasn't able to find what the last kanji means.

Thanks in advance.

王国の「埌」
おうこく の 「ろう」
It means, "Wasteland/wilderness" of the kingdom / monarchy

I'm sorry, but this doesn't seem quite right, because this expression refers to a person.
So, is there any other meaning, please?

Really? Well the symbol is a Chinese character meaning waste- so I thought it meant the wasteland which is a meaning that also came out. So it could mean like the scum of the place?
I found it here " http://www.cojak.org/index.php?function=code_lookup&term=57CC "

Well when I type ろう, I get 浪, which doesn't look like that. Maybe it's 狼, which means wolf.

過去に心の傷を持たないヤツなどいやしない。そんなヤツがいたら そいつは薄っぺらなヤツだ。

I was expecting something with a more positive connotation, >.> but, yeah...maybe it's 'waste' after all.
Thanks a lot.

Since that the resolution on the text is so low it's hard to tell what it is. It looks most like 埌, but with a streach of imagination it could turn into any of 浪 waves、(which is usually written like 波) 狼 wolf 娘 daughter...
