can you hum a few bars? if it was during an add for the OVA, it might be "Piece of love"

It was like hm hm hmmmmmmm hm hm hm hm hmmm hmmmm hm hm hmmm and it had words like "sometimes your thinking to make youself a new life on your own" I think it was from street fighter or something
