This was a crazy game accomplishments thread but I decided to make this more specifically for RPG masters to share crazy combos and setups about RPGs. Many think that RPGs are simply beating the game, but a Master knows there is more to dominating an RPG than beating the game, getting "everything" or even getting to Level 99! It's about finding glitches, crazy high-damage combos, beating bosses with one turn, or accomplishing the impossible with a silly, weak party. Post your mastering as well! (of course you can still post your other genre ownage). QUESTION: I have a question, has anyone seen the FF7 "combovideo", or knows where to get it? It basically features an insanely set up party not actually issuing any commands and when the enemy hits them they counter with like 40 moves that start having weird chain effects, a freind had it started to show me and then we had to take off, and he deleted it and we could never find it again! COOL FF6 TRICK: I'm finishing a FF6 combovideo, I won't release it all until the fall, but heres a cool, but simple trick I used to use on the SNES version- Imp your party, equip all the imp's equipment, equip blackbelts and marvel shoes, and then don't do anything when you encounter the last bosses (Kefka's Final Tower). They (a team of Imps) should kill the bosses without you having to use any commands; my team were already at Level 99, and had GOOD stats, but it should work for anybody if you have the equipment. I'll put it on my combovideo later; I'm working on something else in that game now to do it again now. If you can try it, test it to see if I forgot anything. ANOTHER FF6 TRICK: I'm working on a trick on the side using Gogo, cursed shield, white cape, mirage vest, Memento ring, pre-invisible status and a limit of spells like berserk and reflect, so that when he and the party face the last bosses, he starts casting this magic, enhancing the party in his muddled state; eventually they kill the bosses without me issuing any commands! Anyone have any stories of total ownage or crazy glitches that happened to you or someone you knew? I have quite a few, but here's one you all can appreciate. FOR NON-RPG MASTERS, A CRAZY GAME ACCOMPLISHMENT: I was at an Arcade and I played this Hip-hop lookin-gangsta wannabe type kid and I was slammin him with K' in King of Fighters and I landed a Max super on him, the really long one where K' throws his glasses at them? Anyways, the super takes like half a minute to pass and before the glasses even hit I let go of the controls and pulled out my phone and checked my messages, then put the phone back just as the super was ending, then I went back to whipping his butt! And I did it with a serious business look on my face! Him and his posse were dumbfounded. Glad they wern't real gangsters! |

i was playing 'guilty gear XX' with a n00b we both picked ky (regular , not EX) at the EXACT same time, we activated the overdrive 'ride the lightning' the first two hits clashed (when the lightning comes out) for some unknown reason, the third hit of my overdrive beat his... another one from guilty gear... round 2(i was playing the same dude) he does' ride the lightning' , i throw a stun edge in the air as he is coming, the lightning bolt hits his foot(the other guy), and i stop the overdrive the funny thing is, how can ky get hurt by a lightning bolt if he is covered in lightning? |

Haha,i've got one. There was once when i went to a relative's home gathering,there was a playstation 2 in their house and a few kids(i don't know who they are though,probably relative's children)were playing a sort of3D/2D fighting game... I saw one of them played against a few other players,he beat everyone within seconds of the game,then my mum asked me to go try,-_-*starts laughing as i talk* I just randomly pressed buttons and my character did some XXX moves and beat that guy in less then 10 seconds and my HP didn't even drop 1 point...-_-(that was the 1st time i played that game) |

Haha..I had one.. one day I go to arcade and play king of fighter 2002, then one guy came and challenge me, (If i remember the character he use was clark steel), wow, he seriously skill I mean he beat me using only one person with grabbing and throwing..( as u know KOF 3 vs 3).. and then, I challenge him.. and again I lose... suddenly came a boy about 8-10 years old, I left the arcade machine to change my coin while that kid challenge him, after I change my coin I came back to the place, what a shock, the guy who beats me not there but the kid still there, Is that kid pro or what?, so I challenge that kid to see what his ability,... and here go the best part, the kid don't know any tricks.. he just keep kicking down.. while me.....? keep falling...you know why? The stick were already loose/ crack/ m@th*F#**$ thats why!!!!  |

That's crazy Arcshiki. I've had crap like that happen to me so much! Papermaster, I didn't know you played GGX2? I went to Evo last year, it's like the world tournament for the US, and I'm goin again this year, you should think about coming too, it was the most fun I ever had in my entire life. Did you ever play on X-Box Live? I dominated that game back in the day, my gamertags were "Shishio Makoto" and "Love Raye", I think I'm still in the top 20 even though I quit like a year ago (got fed up with the lag). Anyhow, I have a hilariuos Xbox live story, I was playing this total punk in KOF Maximum Impact and I kept saying I would low kick the entire match, and I did and I still won, worse off, this guy was ranked like 14 overall! Unfortunatly, I was ranked like 5 overall. HA! Another time, I got a new account, Shishio Makoto, and played this punk named Shin Intent in GGX2, whom I always beat in the past, and I asked him about my old account Love Raye (he had no idea who I really was). He refered to "Love Raye", me, as a f***** and when I asked him if he ever beat me he repied "of course I did!". After I was through owning him I told him who I really was, to which he cursed and said "I knew all along!". Sure. HAHHAAHAHAH |

Hummm, here's one.... I was playing NBA 2K6 (basketball for the Ps2) against one of my cousin's friends who was trying to get close to me, and so she wanted to challenge me. Little does she know, im the man at sport games! Virdict - Winner - Me of course! Score - Me - 160 - Her - 20! Time - 8 minute quarters (no OT) *she made up for it* BTW, im undefeated in these games, don't test me, DANGEL!! ~~ XD LOL

never played on x-box live (i dont even have x-box) ive killed a bunch of people who abused gold Sol using Faust (regular form) i dont use I.K. (instant kill) |

truthfully, the only game Xbox has that has my interest is halo 3. How do u guys favor in that? ever play it?

| I heard the trailor is cool, in fact I'm going to see that and the new FF trailor. Halo2 is a lot of fun though, especially when you talk smack. |

hmm.really thats the best game ever for Xbox, since I already have PS2 never bother to buy other console..well, here another experience of me.. In my country, there are place for those who want to play PS2 game.. Usually they play there because can't afford to buy or don't have PS2... they also sell PS2 stuff and disc games AND they charge about 1 or 2 dollar per hour( i dont know the currency, in my place its called ringgit) one day i come to that shop to buy a games, and I saw two young kids(very young, about 6-7 years old) playing PS2 game, They keep pressing the controller but what I see on the screen is PRESS START BUTTON scene... pity look at them I asking them to give them a hands.. and the boy said somethin like this.. "GO AWAY, DON'T BOTHER US... WE ARE PLAYING!!!!!" |

| We used to put peoples' phone numbers into our nicknames on DOA2 (online) Ultimate, and once we put this really annoying girl's number and her name, and her e-mail in like several nicknames. |

Well one of my greatest accomplishments was knifing practically the entire opposing team in iceworld in 1 round. And a photo finish in Mario Cart double dash. Where it was righ before the finish line in DK mountain and I got knocked of the bridge and my friend passed me. I then unleached the chain chomp as I was falling and we swinged me under the bridge and back on track and knocked off my friend and I finished 1st. Also in Starcraft I made on of the most amazing combacks using only Ultralisks.  Jomunga eats your avatars. |

ok i got 2.. a few days after sonic adventure 2 came out for dreamcast, i was at the sub-last boss (thats the biolizard) of course you have to play with shadow, i was dying like so many times on this guy cause over some simple stuff like for getting my buttons so i spent 1 and a half hour trying to finish biolizard off thinking that was the last boss. ok once i finally beat him he goes and try to crash the space colony into earth,yeah i was kinda bumbed since it was hard for me to finish off the last guy so i expected this to be even harder but i was actually winning against the final hazard and all of a sudden he gets all armed up with 2 lazers and a bunch of red balls that looks like cherries hurling torward you. so it slowed me down a lot more, the funny thing is i finished it at the last second, i mean 00'00'01. im all relieved an stuff.(wow that took a while to type..) then one time i was playing mortal kombat 2 when i was a lil toddler and we were all good at this game and stuff, then my mom asked to play with us and we all started to laugh at her but still we showed no mercy, but guess what, we got schooled by our own momma on a video game, A VIDEO GAME!! she was pulling moves that we never saw on that game, she was lighingg us up with raiden and stuff im all like dang. |

| It's on Ebaum's World.com, and he basically turns Mario 3 into Guilty Gear or at least Sonic the Hedgehog. You may crap your pants that such a thing was possible. |

Oh Zero Sorry I've been so busy lately I forget about my RP, I'll work on it every Sat night from now on. I think I'll pen something long the lines of been framed for someone's murder, and now some bounty hunters are after me, ala Cowboy Bebo, and there can be teams and lone hunters, etc. I'd like Moon Kingdom to adopt several genres all together, like Mugen or Fierce Gear. About crazy game accomplishments, I got to Chaos in FF1 with 4 White Mages, not the wizards, the mages, who can barely deal signifacant damage, and the only hard part was dealing the 2000 dmg before he cure4s and retores all HP. I lost but never retried, and I don't know of anybody who's done that. That was a long time ago. People brag about using 4 white wizards but that's easy. Oh and this was on NES version. I could problaby finish it if I got higher levels. I think I'll go back sometime after EVO. |
