| For some reason, when I plug in my mp3 player into a usb port, it says that it is connected, but when I go to "My Computer", it doesn't say "Removable Disk"... so, I'm wondering if there is something wrong with it. Or maybe the file is hidden, that's what I heard from some other place... |

Some mp3 players don't show up as removable devices. The iPod is one such example. For players like that, you have to use a media program such as WMP or iTunes to put music on it. Giving us your OS and exactly what media player it is can help us help you. |

Try unplugging the USB port from your computer. works for me. |
