Requests for Violinists of Hamalin music...

Gendou, I know you sent me an e-mail about why I couldn't request these songs (Mikansei Kyousoukyoku CONCHERUTO and Taiyou to Tsuki ni Somuite from Violinists of Hamalin). So I just want to ask about 2 things. When you request for a song, must there be votes? and why? Also, if I ever want to request for this song again, does that mean I have to donate to keep it on the request list? Just wanna know why, that's all. Oh, and does this mean I can really not request for this song anymore...?

PMR...PMR... 1 month...

This site can get up to 100 requests a day.
It is my job to make the difficult decision of which songs to upload, and which requests to deny.
Votes are used to aid my decision making, obviously.

You may not request the same song twice.
I keep track of rejected requests.
Should I notice duplicates, your privilege to use the request page may be revoked.
It says so in the rejection email, so I should think this to be obvious.

Of course, donating also "aids" my decision making.
If someone gave me $10, i would be more likely to choose their request over someone who did not give me $10.
I think this is very obvious and goes without saying.

My current policy, in the light of recent bandwidth limitations, is that I only upload this-season opening and closing themes.
There is, of course, the occasional odd-ball, but for the most part, you will notice this as a pattern.
Mainly, this is due to the votes.
Many people want to hear the songs of anime they watched recently.
This is also very obvious if you stop to think about it.

Lets try and avoid obvious questions, including those answered in other threads and the FAQ.
I feel answering them over and over again is a waste of my time.
