Just wondering... has anyone ever played the game Siren and Siren 2 for playstation 2? Siren is a horror/suspense game it is pretty much like Project Zero, but abit different in a certain way. + you control more than one character, about 6-12 i think? + character age ranges from 6yrs - 70yrs + its alot of creeping around to do not to disturb the dead + some of the dead looks like the alive and may attack you ...etc there is more to this. They also have online playable promotion game if you all are interested! game description Siren puts the player into an alternate reality where horror lurks around every corner. Set in a fictional Japanese village, a terrible force slowly turns the civilians into vile creatures that are looking to destroy you. Ten survivors are trapped in this nightmare, and it's up to you to safely lead them out, one by one. Not every character has a weapon, so you must rely on your ability to see through the eyes of friends and foes around you. I only played it once at a friends house for about 20 minutes, it really is a creepy game! I just didn't have fun playing because I had no idea what I was doing, at the one mission I was on I was supposed to sneak through the village undetected but I kept getting caught >.< You die so easily in this game...    |

'+ its alot of creeping around to do not to disturb the dead' indeed... i didnt like playing online version either lol i didnt quite know how to move,but my friend somehow made it through umm a few minutes of it.. how? i do not know ^^ the mission~ which character you had? that teenage boy?

I was playing as some middle aged japanese man, the starting point was around a red river... I think |

aaa~ there were a few of those.. ^^ jun kajiro ? he wore like casual clothing akira shimura? he was like 70 though lol

It was Akira... and he was 70?! I had no idea, I couldn't really play the game for real because my friends were watching naruto episodes in the same room >_< |

yea~ akira is the oldest of all the characters.. he was like the one with the main grudge against the happenings. I believe if you played the online version you see his home he stays, was basically dedicated to the incident of the disappearance of the village's people[ although they were truly turned into zombies] newpapers clipping,photos, watch new reports i think it was him... probably someone else though ^^ so many characters grrr they all have one purpose though unveil the truth =] *feels like a commercial now*

Sorry, I forgot to mention I was playing the U.S version at the time and his voice sounded like a middle aged man with an english accent. I remember using the sight system switching between the main character and the zombies, they had this weird breathing sound. Man... I feel like playing this game for real, maybe i'll go pick it up soon. |

oooh~ i see i see ^^ yea the sounds zombies make when they eat a person.. is weird to me.. mmm it reminds me of the sounds in dinocrisis when the dino's are like walking on glass/or breathing adds to the creepyness
