Art Programs

Is it possible to download art programs such as Paintshop, Photoshop, etc??? If it is, where can I find them? Would I have any troubles dealing with them? I'm making artworks but I kind'a need better programs for rendering. ![]() |

Try The Gimp. Same features as Photoshop and is supposedly 2x (or more?) powerful. You can also download trial versions of Photoshop and such, so you could look into that as well. If anyone posts a link (direct or torrent) to any warez, I will be prepping my lock-hammer! ![]() ![]() ![]() |

one more question...the programs that I will be downloading are executable files. DOes this mean I must have the previous version of the program? ![]() |

Unless it's an upgrade, no. ![]() ![]() ![]() |

Use Paint.net for CGing, and Inkscape to turn work into nice, clean, vector scalability goodness. I've really got to start scanning my mecha sketches, come to think of it.

Do NOT use The Gimp. That program is wacked. Nothing replaces Photoshop. I could not use it on my computer at all. |
