Can i Upload?

Can i ask something^^? I have the full version of Blood + song : Colors of the Hearts i would to upload it. But it's wasn't available at request list And it is going to release at 17th may, 2006 so, can i still upload it? I'm afraid if i upload it i will break the rules.. |

if it has not been released yet, you do NOT have the full version. you have a PV (preview) version. do not upload the PV, please.

and..can i upload a song? like a laruku,ayumi,j-pop- or k-pop?
