Assuming that by 'bodies' you don't mean corpses:

無数の体、ひとつの心
Musuu no karada, hitotsu no kokoro.

過去に心の傷を持たないヤツなどいやしない。そんなヤツがいたら そいつは薄っぺらなヤツだ。

I agree with this one, meaning wise, context wise, and sound wise.

I also agree with 無数の体、ひとつの心. It most definitely sounds the best, especially for the idea you're trying to convey.

You can also write ひとつ as 一つ or 1つ, depending on how you want it to look. You can also do inversion like this:

体無数、心一つ

or something like this:

体、無数、心、一つ

IDK, just making it more "artsy," but it definitely sounds best as 無数の体、ひとつの心 to me.

Actually maybe 体色々、 心1つ。 would sound good too. Though I am not very good at using 色々 as I have only learned it by picking it up.

Sorry, but that's awkward.

Also, 色々 means "various." Not "many."

i.e.,
Various people - 色々な人達

But "various" could be the idea that the phrase is trying to give off... I mean, just because it doesn't line up with the English word "many" in a dictionary doesn't really mean that it doesn't fit the right meaning or feeling.

What is "various body" anyways? It sounds like a funny phrase to me, even in English.

If we are talking about "various people," then the phrase would change to:

色々な人(達)、心一つ
