â€ ne, i have a quesTion..
i didn't finish upLoading songs..
and, i guess.. that made the partiaLLy upLoaded songs quite irreLevant
waah.. but is it fair for me to have -2 upLoad points for that..?
i'm on diaL-up so i can't reaLLy heLp it if they don't finish .. huhuhu.. >_<
anyhoo, it's reaLLy no biggie.. m(n_n)m

last year, it used to be the case that incomplete uploads were not marked by the server. now, incomplete uploads are identified and not saved. this saves people from negative upload points, and saves me time clearing them out.
