Okay, let's start with an explaination of the world this takes place in. In the somewhat near future, let's say 20XX, assassination has been made legal and is now a rather large business. However, the fee to knock someone off must be over 5,000 dollars (per person working on the job), as the government thinks you have to REALLY want someone knocked off to be allowed to. Thus, the guilds were born. Tight-knit groups of assassins, often working together. They were expensive, but they were gaurinteed to get the job done. However, there are also freelancers. Cheaper, but only a select few could be considered relyable and it made for a very, very dangerous workweek, especially if the poor slob you're assigned to kill is well protected. Now, rules. 1. Write in prose form. None of this: Tara: OMG I ARE STUHRONGER!*slaps you upside the head* THIS is fine: "You really think you can win?" said Tara with a smirk. "Fine. Let's end this little mexican standoff." And with that, she pulled the trigger. 2. No Godding. You can't dodge everything, and you can't always counterattack. 3. Everyone is allowed one assassin character and two 'prey' characters, of the ones the assassins are after. If a character of yours should die, you can make another to take its place. 4. Only put a character into the RP at a time that fits. No 'And suddenly, so and so jumped in!' Character Sheets: Name: Nickname: Age: Gender: Height: Build: Weight: Hair Color: Eye Color: Occupation: Unless the character is an assassin, then don't bother. Obviously, their occupation is assassination. Freelance or Guild?: If in a guild, what guild? If a freelancer, are they considered dependable? How dependable? Personality: Talents: Those that come in handy for assassination or otherwise. Now for my character sheet... Name: Tara Franceska Orwell Nickname: Frankie. She hates her first name, so she goes by a nickname of her second. Age: 27 Gender: Female Height: 5' 2" Build: Petit, but she has muscle on her due to her occupation. Weight: 120. Or so she likes to think. Hair Color: Brown Eye Color: Blue/grey Freelance or Guild?: Freelance, considered skilled and reasonably dependable. Personality: Intelligent, though you wouldn't know that by looking at her. Makes up for her lack of psysical stature with careful planning. Used to be trained in gymnastics, so she's extremely quick, agile, and accurate. Confident but not cocky enough to stay when the odds are stacked against her. Talents: Gymnastics, obviously. Being able to swing around on a bar or to pull a strong jump has saved her more than once. Has basic martial arts training, which compliments her gymnastics quite a bit. However, she's just an average shot, and no great shakes at sniping. |

"Well this is just LOVELY." As she pushed herself through piles of who-knows-what, Frankie vaguely knew that this was the most unsanitary job she'd ever done. The sewers? Who decides to hide there? Really? She started to sigh, but didn't have time to finish it. Someone was rounding the corner. She pressed herself against to wall, hoping that would grant her the few seconds she needed to escape or fight if it was a threat. |

Chiko saw it come near, she dodged it like a ghost flying toward the sky. But, before the bullet past by, she caught the bullet in her hand. "heh" Chiko said. "anyone confessed to this accident?" "An alley? How... unoriginal." Dorien said as he strolled down towards his prey. The chainlinked fence rattled as the lawyer treud to scrable over the fence. Dorien peered from under the brim of his hat. He quickly drew his antique revolver and fired injuring the man's hand. "Now, now. Such activites are better fit for younger lads..." The lawyer turned and looked at him. "You... you'd never get away with it. Gentleman Black." Dorien laughed. "But I will." he aimed the revolver in a long sweeping motion. "It's my trade to get away with it..." he said with a cruel smile. |

While the Mafia boss is in the bath,Kay took out his gun and attached a silencer to it.He then enters the bath,and look straight at the closed curtain,saying,"I'm ready...!" Without hesitation,the Mafia boss moved the curtain aside,signalling Kay that he was getting really excited.In a split second,the Mafia boss collapsed with a bullet hole on his forehead.Blood were spilled all over the place.Leaving the body behind,Kay kept aways his tools in his handbag and left the hotel room in a completely calm manner.Once he was outside the hotel,he disappeared within the crowds. Dorien walked down the street passing a policeman as he rounded the corner. "Oh good. Officer, I do belive I heard gunfire down in an alley just around the corner..." The policeman ran off to investigate. Dorien had left his mark on the target so no doubt by tommorow word of his actions would have spread further up th right spheres. This was all a game, the killing was just a nice bonus. As he continued to walk a man in dark glasses and a suit stepped out and helda gun to him. "Dorien Black?" "Oh my. I'm caught." Dorien said raising his arms in mock surrender "My, employer wish to hire the services of The Gentleman for a very... unique purpose." "How much are we looking at?" "You should take up such matter with my employer." Dorien looked at the man. It was hard to tell what he was thinking becuase of the dark glasses obscuring his eyes. "He knows, if he offers too little I'll be insulted and will have to kill him?" Dorien said. "My employer has already taken this into account. All the nessicary measures have ben taken." Dorien laughed. "I must meet this man then..." |
