Access denied

can someone tell me why it says Access Denied whenever i try to download music. If i've been banned i have no clue why, i've read through the terms of use and i know i didn't break any of the rules. I think it may be because i clicked on a download too fast but i think not i clicked on it got the warning went back refreshed the page then waited a few seconds to click it again but maybe they considered that too fast. What should i do? |

| what if some kind of .mac site appears and says there's a lot of data transfer going on? is that supposed to be another form of user downloading restriction? |
