Hmm.. Can't download. IP Address banned?

Somehow, I can't download any files. IS my IP Address banned or something? It is so weird. I haven't done anything that violates Gendou's policy. Well, there was a message saying I was banned till music from this website was removed: http://webjay.org/by/erein/-mymusic- I have not even heard of this website before, let alone post music on it. Why was I banned? |

if you were banned, you would have seen instructions telling you what to do.
