Eto, I'm currently watching this anime as well, though none of the episode has been subbed yet. The genre is under romance, comedy and historical. The OP and EP is awesome and so are the characters. The story lines are great too. No miko, no Four Saint Beast. It talks about a girl called Kou Shuurei. They are poor. Then one day the prime minister of the imperial palace visited Shuurei's father. He offered Shuurei an award if she would help him to change the attitudes of their Emperor (Who happens to be lazy and he loves men) Due to the Emperor's ignorance, his people were suffering; so Shuurei was also taking up the assignment as to help the people and the country. hmm i hope so...cause i don't understand complicated japanese... umm you got anysite that can download the raws?cause the one i usually go to(saiyaman.net)don't have them...think they removed it already |

Yup, I saw it at youtube but is kinda sad that the subtitle is in Korea. Hiya, no choice have to listen carefully to what they said.. I also need to practice my jap listening skill.. ^__^ I don't quite find the ending theme nice.. Heeheehee.. |

Deshou~ He's such a bishounen!! Kyah!! I think they'd copied the characters from Fushigi Yuugi coz the king looks so much like Hotohori~ I think there must be some misunderstood. Though it seems like the king had been dragging a man into his room, i think he's up to something :P Yah, the narration is quite hard to understand. Another difficult anime to watch without translation; Ayakashi Classic Japanese Horror...with out the translation; I barely understand what the narrator was telling...:< They used alot of 'keigo'

Yo~! I'm reviving this thread~~!! I just started watching this historical anime today~!! Though a bit late but who cares~~!! I never thought that there will be a anime of this cos' I once seen the picture of this anime on a poster owned by a friend of mine. Well, I love Ryuuki, the emperor.. He's too handsome~~!! I love the opening~!! Hajimari no Kaze is so good to me-!! I love it~!! I just downloaded ep 1 and 2. Currently dling ep 4. Why no ep 3? Cos' I dunno why~!! I want ep 3-!! I want~!! Tell me guys.. I wanna ep 3.. I dun think Ryuuki is homosexual.. he just made that up.. I'm sure he likes girls.. WAII-!!

| yeah...I'm currently watching this anime...I'm up to episode 16...this is a really good anime...I like it alot...hehehe...I don't want to mention any spoilers or anything regarding this anime...because it's worth watching...don't want to ruin it for anybody...it's just brilliant to watch...Shuurei is sooooo pretty...and Ryuuki is sooooooo funny...hehehe... |

| The best character (aside from Shuurei) has to be Ran's younger brother. Come one! He's weird and he walks around playing a flute. Anyways, most of the people I know skipped this show after the first few episodes because it hinted male romance, let me assure you none of that has happened. It is actually quite a good show. |

| You can watch the fansubs by We Suck for the first few episodes then switch to Shadow Dreams who although are amateur subbers, do an excellent job. |
