Upload points are assigned to a person when one of their uploaded files is deleted or added to the database.
Positive points are given when the upload was useful, and negative points are given if the upload was in violation of one or more rules.
Zero points are assignend if the upload was not used.
You can view your upload points on your profile.
Since uploads are often backlogged, you may receive your upload points as long as a month after uploading the file.
Upload points can change your level! Please read the FAQ about Level for more info.
