| Okay, so I\'m thinking of taking someone to small claims court, but I\'m wondering if it\'s even worth it to hire a lawyer for such a relatively minor case. The amount of money involved isn\'t huge, but it\'s still enough that I don\'t want to lose. On the one hand, I feel like I could probably represent myself, but on the other hand, I\'m worried that I\'ll make some kind of procedural mistake that will cost me the case. Has anyone else navigated small claims court? Did you use a lawyer, or did you go it alone? |
