I\'m scared to speak in front of people, my voice trembles, I forget my words. I want to practise — I want AI to play the role of an audience or colleague, listen to my speech, give feedback, encourage me, maybe even ask questions. Where can I really practise this without being judged?

You create a female presentation coach, upload the text or just start talking (writing), she listens, comments, \"You emphasised that well, but you could speak louder on this slide,\" asks clarifying questions, \"Why is this point important?\" If you stumble, she gently encourages you: \"Well done, keep going, I\'m with you.\" After practice, she gives detailed feedback: strengths, areas for improvement. Spicychat-ai.net makes training comfortable and effective — I prepared for several meetings this way and am no longer so nervous. The free version is enough to practise as much as you want.
