In your journal (02/12/04 01:14:01) you said ika means octopus. Doesn't tako mean octopus and ika mean squid? Like Japan so far? |

Hey there, I just thought I should tell you that you misspelled the word 'otou-san'. You took the haha-kanji instead of the chichi / tou. Nice page btw. Keep uploading pics! I can't get enough of them. :) ~Kathleen |

Kathleen: thanks for catching that! its hard to fix japanese characters... i may just leave it in there. if my page was too perfect, the gods might become jealous and smite me out of spite.

You are in Japan now!? I envy you so much gendou! I'm trying to learn japanese now because of you X_o! I can't seem to get Minion translated right though... It always comes out Mobstar... (Mind you, I like that name also) Žq•ª Heaven doesn't want me and hell's to afraid I'll take over! |

so you are now studying at japan, that's so cool.at the moment i'm studtying japanese. sannen gurai nihongo wo benkyoushimasu. this website is so great (sugoi desu ne). so where do you study in japan? i am very interested in japan and am considering teaching eigo there.(teaching english as a second language) but most of all i like anime (daisuki! daisuki!) ja ... ja-ne oh and "goldenboy" wo mitakoto ga arimasu ga. bb yori |

the web server (at my school) that hosts my journal is down because the school should have hired me as their admin. i dont know what happened but it should be back up eventually.

yes that's right. their web server is having issues, so my site is down as well because it was linked to their server...T_T but hopefuly it will be up and running soon. yea i know, the image files have the same 2 month lifetime as my mp3s do. i plan on switching to some alternate hosting for the images eventually.

| well i want ask you but i may seem stupid, i'm new o.k, what nationality are you and what are your future prospects or why are you in japan? i really would like to teach english in japan because my japanese teacher has a friend who is a teacher and australian. the school he is teaching at needs people to teach english. i think that i might go and try too and accomadation and transport is already organised so i might as well yeh. i heard that you could get a lot of money from teaching english. |

im from california and my grandparents came from europe. i love japanese and want to be a teacher there too. maybe after i get my degree in computer science...
