Anyone following this new series? I watched episode one so far and I love it. Only issue is 'wyvern' subs seems to be really slow with their subs, only subbing episode one so far. >_<; I hate when I have to switch sub groups with anime; it's so annoying. I hope they release more subs soon, and fast. I'm already headed to two other sub groups since since my sources have two other sub groups (to keep up with the pace). The OP/ED themes are really catchy. Can't wait for their full versions. ------- |

I'm watching that DA! My bro watched it too and he said he saw something very similar a long time ago. Any idea if there was any similar anime before that... It might be him and his Deja Vu though~ |

If you've seen Dragonaut - The Resonance -, then probably that. ...except the breasts aren't overly deformed or anything. -_______-" Overall, it's not bad. Kinda boring at some points and weak dialog. ------- |

Haha... I haven't but my bro might have. You mean... Dragonaut has deformed breasts?! O_O Overall I give is an "OK" but... it always seems to be lack of that something... maybe partially goes to the main guy having little chance to really exercise out his character.... perhaps a 20+ mins is too short for each episode~ |

If you ever saw Dragonaut, you'd know right away that there's something wrong. Actually, I think if you continue watching, you'd start to notice it. It's basically fanservice gone wrong, and trust me, I know my fanservice when I see it, lol. Other than that though, sidenote this, but the anime was pretty okay (yet can be really confusing). About Tetsuwan Birdy Decode, I've caught up to episode 6 already (13 overall). ------- |

Hahah~ Lucky for me I'm watching Chinese subs (well, I like the chinese subs better for the more indept meaning... but sometimes they do get confusing...) so no subs problem for me. I'm at episode 6 too! Chinese subs are usually kinda fast...faster by 1/2 a day or so than English sub (some english subs are so slow they are episodes apart... like Gintama... T.T) That red dress girl... I so hope she's not gonna be an enemy.... guess i rather have the hero saving her than fighting her~ gawww... I'm bad with remembering names! |

The girl with the red dress... ummm, Nakasugi? She's the one that got into the accident. It was really sad when Tute died. Did anyone else get teary eyed almost? :O This was something that was unexpected, at least in my eyes. ------- |

Ya... the girl who got into the accident... I hope she's not sticking to they guy coz of something bad... but instead really likes him for who he is... Frankly... I DIDN"T EXPECT TUTE TO DIE!!!! It was still so early into the series... and he was like... Birdy's best partner... how could them let him die like this!!!!! And he's so sweet to the boy... and just as he was being so sweet... he had to die! WTH!! T.T I can go on complaining about his death! |

Woah, I think I used to watch this when I was a kid!! Except that it wasn't this well done! (I always thought the title was Birdy the Mighty or something..) Nooo!! I'm only at episode 3! *covers eyes* |

Yeah, there were four earlier OVA releases. Tute's untimely death was surely unexpected in my eyes as well. I think the enemies in this anime (so far) are really weak. I don't get how such a weak creature such as the person who fused with Geega to kill Tute so easily... ------- |

Arh! William!! I think thats why my bro say he watched it before... I oso kinda remember Birdy~ Yeah... is as if... he died because the artist don't want to draw him anymore or that the CV resigned... Is unbelieveble that Tute who has been with Birdy for so long just suddenly die on such weak fellows... |

I think Tute's death, might foreshadow a possible stronger, and more personal/closer relationship between Birdy and Senkawa. ------- |

Meaning like... how Senkawa might become Birdy's "partner" in place of Tute? |

Well, Senkawa is just a regular Japanese high school student. The part where they went on her home planet, there was a scene here she said something touching about Senkawa, on how she found a new buddy. Tute was Birdy's guardian, but Senkawa might be someone who Birdy even feels closer with, and since they share the same body, there's no better way to get closer to someone than that. I'm not sure if they'll get closer as a personal thing, but they're going to become really close friends. ------- |

Well, if you can't be friends with the one who shares your body then there will be problem. Just imagine what will happen if both of them struggle to take control of that body... though Birdy will probably win since it belongs to her in the 1st place. Darn... I really wonder how the story will now go. Who knows... we might end up seeing Tute again... like how some characters in other animes whom we thought died was actually alive. |

I'm pretty sure Tute is dead, or else he'd be back now. And it's not like he'd get a new body, like Senkawa is going to get. Though, there might be another version of Tute, like Tute II or something, but who knows. They didn't give her a new guardian (since they need one), but like I saw in my previous post, Birdy already has a new "buddy", so they just accepted that. Senkawa's body is fully under control from Birdy, though Senkawa can affect her brain. So far it seems if they fuse, Birdy will be the one to disappear and not Senkawa. ------- |

I didn't watch new series yet, however, i remember watching first episode of Birdy the Mighty many years ago. From what i could tell, it was a mediocore anime: not good and not bad. I suddenly remembered about it several weeks ago, decided to check about it on wikipedia and was surprised, because about two days before i remembered about it - someone started making tv series :) |

Nice, about to dL episode seven, though I wish this better fansubs picked this anime up. The subs I've used so far have been really lacking, except for episode one's subs, which I can't find anymore... -_______-" ------- |

DA, you mean there's no good subber for Birdy? What a waste!! Tute II will be nice...but from the way the anime is going.... I think it'll just be Birdy and Senkawa... sadly.... T.T |
