Has anyone seen this movie? What the *bleep* do we know Its an awsome movie on Quantum Physics and other such categories! Has anyone seen the movie? Wakeing Life Its a great animeted movie about dreams and reality and human interaction! and if you havnt seen one or the other or even both, I highly recomend them and reply to tell me what you think! see my art site!!! what the bleep do we know was not about quantum physics, i saw it myself and was kind of disappointed. it was more about philosophy and psycho-biology. not to mention the stupid ice crystals bullshit which is about as far detached from science as you can get! as a scientist, i distrust the words from a self proclaimed 1000 year old dead person...

i didnt mean to say the whole movie was stupid! the sudo-science is the thing that i am allergic to. i personally found the part about neurotransmitters to be quite inspiring in my own life. i just hate it that they advertised the movie as being about quantum physics, but hardly mentioned it. they would have been better off saying it was about topics including quantum physics. the movie as a whole was intelligent, i think. there were just two weird parts..... the ice crystals (which no person educated in the field of quantum mechanics will argue for) and the lady who is a channeler for a 1000 year old spirit. what is ms. cleo doing in my science movie??

Ha! I don't even remember that part about someone channeling a 1000 year old whatever. That is a bit off... I didn't know that the water crystal thing wasn't real... if it isn't real why would they put it in that movie. Anyways did you ever see the other movie I think I posted, I believe it was called... If you can start conspiracies (like that we didn't go to the moon and all the other ones) you can make lots of money by getting the press to fuss over you, it is also caused by extreme drug use and your brain dying out. These are the only two reasons conspiracies exist in the first place. |

ahhaha well that may be true. i just hate sudo-science. every time someone tries to disguise opinion as science, like saying "evolution is only a theory" i want to put my foot up their nose holes. but, its more effective to politely point out that they are wrong and that their mother has three nipples. that usually shuts them up and makes them question my sanity. mission accomplished!

well actually i dont want to offend anyone who "thinks" like that, but when i first heard "evolution is only a theory" my first reaction was to try to cool off, then i started to chock with my soda, then i spited it and laught like insane in his face. (life is hard isnt it) ps this was in my middle school time. now i can control myself(most of the time) by the way that dude was just a narrow minded religios fanatic. its impresive the things those guys learn and dont even understand. |

Allow me to play devil's advocate here. It's not like it isn't possible that God was the one who created the universe. If a higher intelligence, or entity, created all of existance as we know it, and he chose to keep us veiled in secrecy, we really have no way of finding out if any of that is true. If god made evolution, and all of science as we know it, and we were only aware of information which he chooses to reveal, would that not be probable? I hate myself for saying that, but i just think people should be open to both sides of the argument.

| i can see all the threads merging into one (or at least the ones with like topics [theory of life]) me and a friend attempted to interpret the bible that way once and it failed then me and my father tried and we actually got somewhere(with help from a english proffesor and a preacher) |

i belief that we... in fact it is our mind that create the world we r in .. in fact.. to me ,u might not even exist .. maybe just an imagination .. but to u i might not exist.. just a thought.. we will never know if someone really exist unless we r able to become that someone.. then again wat will happen to us then...
