Damn, that's a hard question, mainly because I hate most anime females. XD Overall, I like Kikyou and Sango from Inuyasha, Riza Hawkeye from FMA, Cagalli from Gundam Seed, Ryoko from the Tenchi series, and Kyouyama Anna from Shaman King.
