Hey fellow L'arc fans :"D I only just got into L'arc~en~Ciel around 3 weeks ago.. and I have been completely amazed by Hyde's ability to hit high notes and sing with so much energy + emotion *0*. Although I already posted this in the SHARE YOU KARAOKE thread, I really want to get some feedback from you actual L'arc fans ;_; Basically.. I covered L'arc's LINK a while ago. I am excited to know what you guys think about it :"D. Please be as harsh as possible, bearing in mind that some of the notes I struggled with as they were so low and I was also trying to put some of my own style in ^_^. YOUTUBE IT I LOVE L'ARC <3! Thanks! I love DAYBREAK'S BELL TOO <3 And loads of other songs of course~ And feel free to ask me for their songs as well as karaoke tracks 8D  |

[@rin] What do you want exactly? We can talk via PMs now. :3 Singing in your own style is good, and I thought you did pretty good. The song might be a bit choppy, since you did have issues with the quality of the sound (as you stated in your video description there on YouTube). But a lot of people have the same problem which can mess up the song, so I think it's a pretty hard problem to fix. Overall, I think your cover was alright. Not bad, not bad at all. I've sung this song a few times before, but I never recorded. >.<` There's a "Daybreak's Bell" HYDEless version out, so try to sing that song. [sidenote] Karaokes from this band, you can call HYDEless versions. I saw a Tetsuless, Kenless, and Yukihiroless version of "Ready, Steady Go!!" before. In fact, I have this uber larger torrent that has it I think. Wonder how that sounds like, even though it's old. In their new album, "KISS", they did another version of "Link" and added on "Kiss Mix."

Haha, okay I'll see if I can find the sources again for ddL. But I'm kind even if I refuse, right!? Their new album IS awesome. Wonder why they did another version of "Link", though. Personally, I want to hear a better "Lost Heaven" live from them. The song is great though, but a "KISS" version of "Lost Heaven" would be interesting.

Their latest Korea concert a few short months ago, is interesting. They performed some of my favorites: Mind the lack of quality in the first video. It's from a different use, but the second video is nice. :3 And of course, they did "My Heart Draws a Dream" at this concert as well. I'll continue to scope out other songs they did at this concert. [@Rin] Yeah, although I dLed that torrent, I still got all my other stuff directly elsewhere on the internet. Their one album with their best clicked singles (13) is a nice album. Songs from that album that I love are from the 90's era, but are a classic:
Oh, one thing before I forget, in that "Driver's High" video, I say that's the second best performance of the song. Mostly pointing out that HYDE sung that part pretty well, but if you listen closely his voice cracks just a little. Awesome performance though!

Yup. HYDE's also a pretty high ranked solo artist as well. On Wiki, the few tracks they name out are all listed first or so! o.o` [@Rin] Guess I can send you a link to their KISS album if you don't have it already?

One of his best friends is like Gackt, so together they've stolen every female heart in Japan! And, what don't you have? Their "SMILE" album was okay, but you can hear a difference from now til that time. It's not like they were bad or worst then, but just sounded different. The 90's was the same, too and "Ark" and "Driver's High" started their new rocker style.

First album I got from them was there "Best Clicked 13 Singles" album, which included some of the songs I listed above here. Just research some of their older stuff. I'm not sure as well, but I love how they sounded these past few years. And about Gackt, I haven't heard or seen anything related to him in like, months.
