I just have a laptop, it was on for a few months i think because unfortunately, torrent doesn't continue on in the background if you off it =P. But i pace my torrenting, i do not download too many at once and at some point down the line, i notice that it's been on for a long time so at the end of the last download, i off it for a day or slightly more at that time. and i don't torrent all the time. but once i start, i don't stop for a while and when i stop, i don't start for a while pacing.... the laptop and myself that is.... =P but recently, the weather is exceptionally hot in the afternoons so i tend to only let it run at night. =P okie.... sorry.... got carried away...
