OMG...I just finished judging...Again I gave many 20s! LOL Either way...I'm super happy and anxious about next round. If I had to pick a winner right now...I wouldn't be able to do it. In my head, there are like 4 ties! XDD I've never had so much fun judging Idol like this season. Also I've never been jealous of some contestants...which I am, right now! XDDD Anyway, congratulatiooons to all round 2 contestants! You did great! I seriously think we need more than 5 people on round 3, what do you say judges? |

I think we should do it like my previous post, four total rounds. I have more than 5 perfects so yeah it'd be hard to choose... >.<

Yeah, I think I like that idea. Round 3 make it 8 finalists. Round 4 make it 3 and choose the winner. What do the other judges think?? |

Going to finish judging once I get off work. Been a weird week anyways I don't mind the extra rounds. I'm really enjoying listening to these entries. I think we should also ask the contestants though because they may have only had 3 entries or songs ready before hand. Changing the rules in the middle if the contest may not convenience them if they planned things ahead of time.

I'm actually kind of curious how the next round entries will be decided. How much will be decided by the Gendouian votes and how much will be decided by the judges? |

; A;;; So, I'm really unhappy. I'm right in the war path of that hurricane, which means we're definitely losing power and having some damage done to our house, and so on. But that also includes not being able to see who moves on to the next round. Either way, good luck to all of the contestants, an early 'Congratulations!' to all who made it through, and love and light to anyone who may also be in the path of the hurricane. No worries, I'm sure the judges will decide something if most of the finalists are affected, I'll talk to them, hopefully nobody is, however the weather people are making it seem really serious, so far I have not even seen rain yet, but it's already started it's move up north so we'll see what happens. Hopefully everyone is safe. If people from Jersey had to evac by Thursday than yeah it's gonna be pretty serious rain-age.

Yes, dates can be easily pushed back to accommodate any contestants (or Judges) affected by the hurricane.

Pame-chan ~~<3 :3 I.. umm I want to know if you have a tutorial/guide of editing songs to sound more professional (this might not be the correct thread to ask, so sorry -.-U, if so please guide me to the correct one please) I use Adobe Audition, so it's not a matter of editing software (but if you think there's a better one I'll learn!) but its more about effects, mixdowns, blend-ins, cross fades, etc... Gracias ^//__//^

Wow, congrats to the finalists! I had so much fun listening to all the entries. This season was so full of epic win, I can't decide which singers I like more. See you all Season 8! |

Just like DA said, there will be one more round. The reason is because there are too many great contestants, and we judged had a hard time XD Akire: Of course I can help you. I haven't used Adobe Audition, I use Cubase, so I can definitely help you in that area if you download it :D It has lots of cool effects and all. :D You can PM about it. Rubysakura: Yup, I wouldn't be surprised either! |
