I still remember you L!! Yes, it seems that we would like to have a revival but... don't really have much ideas on how to get it done I guess... Sorry JC to have only saw your message now but being singles and Gendourians (aka a lot of us being otakus??), I doubt most of us can bake... though I do bake... Chicken Nuggets!! There was once a contest in Gendou where they tabulate the person who posted the most over a period in all of Gendou but... it'll be difficult to keep track of just posts in here so I guess that idea's out...Hmm..... [cont...] [/cont...] How about.... having everyone share how they been through the last day of 2010 and the first day of 2011?! Guess I'll start off.... I spent my last few hours of 2010 walking around with a friend, shopping and having dinner. We end up doing the count down at a game centre/arcade shouting at the machine saying "NOOOOO!!! Stop hitting me!!! My life bar's almost gone!!!". Ok... we didn't exactly did a countdown. We totally forgot about it because we were so immersed by the game. I end up only realising is 2011 at 00:30~ And on the 1st day of 2011, I couldn't sleep in, as much as I wanted to. So end up, I went to buy breakfast and get some cleaning equipments and do what most Japanese do on this 1st day of the year.... house-cleaning! (Though my reason for it is actually because some of my friends are coming over to play Wii and thus I kinda had no choice but to clean up a little. Is my "break" time and thus I'm writing these now! Haa!! ~HAPPY 2011 EVERYONE!!~ æ–°å¹´ãŠã‚ã§ã¨ã†ï¼ (Shinnen Omedetou!! Which means happy new year!!) A new year has begun and may everyone in Single's CLub have a gre8t year ahead!!  |

well, I spent my last day of 2010 playing League of Legends hahahahaha. That and hanging out with my girlfriend. Oh yeah, I'm not single anymore either ^.^; I know this is cheesy, but i think we should get ourselves a collaboration on a song or something! I believe we tried this before, but i'm pretty sure there has been new additions to the club and we could have many people contribute ^.^ I dunno, it's all the music in me that make me not be able to stray from this idea hahahaha. Since I haven't been on for so long, I feel like i have to contribute a wall here, so... here goes. I'm now a full fledged music major at CSUF, learning all the music stuffs and all. BUUUUT there had been a slight miscalculation here... turns out, there is a HUGE street fighter community that i stepped into, and then, i got hooked. So, I completely took all my time to music, SSF4, singing, and all that stuff. Due to that, i decided to silently take a break from Gendou. While practicing, I found this singing competition hosted by the cantonese TV station, TVB, and I signed up for it :P I'm going to compete in it this year ^.^ Then i discovered League of Legends... Sigh.. hahahahaha. Soooo, how is everybody doing? |

 @big dreams you have there, man ;p guess the way to get into the Korean showbiz(for the foreigners) would be audition i think the companies have auditions in places like United States as well All you have to do is to pass the audition and get selected maybe you can try looking into their sites and see if there are oncoming auditions? and when you become a star, remember to sign an autograph for us by the time we come and support you(on stage ;p)  @Yo L! of course we remember you ;O Welcome back!! oh so.. you are going to try TVB? it's actually a good opportunity for you to stay in TVB but i think TVB focus on more acting than singing o.o so if you are thinking about focusing on music, you can try music companies that will promote you and your music but if you are going to try for TVB, good luck!! ;O i seriously would hope to see you on stage one day, waving my 'imaginary stick' orz /by the way, i am a (quite) a fan of TVB orz so if you are thinking about acting as well, i would watch the series you participated ;p i would point and say, 'hey, it's L!' orz /joking but it's cool i got to meet 2 future stars in this thread :O! /giggles |

@Adel :p yeah TVB is more focused on acting, but I gotta start somewhere hahaha and acting is something I'm interested in too, so it's gonna be a blast :P @DA dude we have like the same goals hahahahaha. wish you the best of luck! when we both make it into the music scene, we gotta collaborate ^.^ |

[@Adel] Actually internationally or not, auditions are the only way to make it in really. Unless you get lucky and just get casted just because of your looks. -____-" Unfortunately that won't happen with me, but who knows how I'll make it, but I will definitely make it for sure. I will. I'll make my own music and try to get casted that way if I have to. It'll be a while, so we'll see what goes down. Hopefully I'll make it. I wouldn't know what else to do with my life if I don't become a star in Korea. Very tough to become successful there, but I know I can do it. And yeah, I won't forget anyone here. My fame won't make me an arrogant conceited jerk. ^_^ Although I might have to keep my identity a secret for a while, people might be like: "woah, did you know he was actually an active person on Gendou.com before??? THATS SUGOI AMAZING!!!!" XD [@mystuhmusic] Haha, oh yeah for sure. Are you trying to get into the Korean music scene? Have you made music before or done any popular covers? I'd like to check 'em out. And good luck with your competition. ^_^

'woah, did you know he was actually an active person on Gendou.com before??? and even a mod forum!!' and the next day, we will see the flow of your fans getting into 'Single Club' or to spam you private message in your profile or even fascinated on your photoshop skills ;p *points at your avatar/sig/set* cool..you are actually dragging more fans to overload Gendou.com orz... but think of the negative side.. it might be scary.. to think that it might have to make Gendou.com too famous that people starts to attack this site, or even worse to do something to shut this site down v.v.. i don't want to lose 'my family' here.. Gendou.com is like my family orz... Anyway, since you are so sure that making your own music, and that to become famous in Korea.. and to become the star i wish you the best and good luck(in my deepest heart, i do wish that you are able to accomplish your dreams ;o) to be able to have dreams, to realize it and to have no regrets it's beautiful to live your life like that |

lol, yeah I'll ask him to like, do something to my account. I'd hate to have it just deleted. I thought about just deleting my posts, but keeping the # of posts I have, and everything else. I'll probably default everything else. Maybe leave my shoutout box, but yeah it'd almost be like a regular profile. Except all my past history will be left behind with the stats. Thanks for the support! I hope to make it big soon, but we'll see how it goes. There's at least another year until I can even get back into school, so we'll wait until I actually get in school again, and then we'll go from there! Until then I'm not leaving anytime soon and I'll still be around, like always. lol, I'd hate for spammers to come to this site cause of me, that's why I won't make it public that I was so active here. Of course to avoid any controversies, my posts would be un-readable, you probably can't PM me, etc. lol, it's fun thinking about it. @DA hm, come to think of it, i haven't actually recorded any hard copy covers. I'm going to do so like right now hahahahaha. I'll post it up here when i'm done. It's proly gonna be in mandarin lol. I dunno about where i want to go tho, like I can sing in english, cantonese, mandarin, japanese, and korean pretty well, but i really don't know if i want to go back to where i'm from, or start some place anew. In any case, where ever i start, definitely won't be the only place i stay. ^.^ @adel if both me and DA get famous like in the next 2 years, this Single' Club thread would be instantly flooded: "OMGS DA'S SINGLE? I DIDN"T KNOW THAT! <3<3<3<3" hahahahahahaha, wouldn't that be a sight? |

I've always sung, but never did a real cover until my recent JYJ one. It's in the music section somewhere if you want to check it out. It'd be cool to have my own little place and a mic to record more crisp and clear vocals, but making your own music can be a b****. It takes forever, I never really done it too deeply before though I do have experience with it. I have a few friends that make beats so you never know what can go down. Maybe when I start school again I can find some music major people and join up with them. :D It's definitely fun to think about, but I have to get into school this year and I have to apply almost right away this month to make it in time for financial aid.

@DA where are you going to school? I'm a music major here in SoCal :P and yeah i've written stuff, but i was never any good at production, like i don't have a good set up, i only have a mic and audacity >.< lol. My experience with writing music only came from me sitting down in front of the piano and play some random improvisation depending on how i feel that day. I think i should start recording those, since i never seem to remember how they go after i play them lol. @Adel Music has inadvertently been my life since i was 5 lol. It's kinda what i've been trying to reach for a long time. Only recently i discovered that i also like to sing lol like 4-5 years ago ^.^;, and my direction changed slightly from there. My parents were both from some part of the movie industry, so i dunno, maybe that has swayed me a bit too, you never know, entertainment business works in strange ways. |

Is so nice to read about the dreams people have and the ways they have scheduled for themselves!~~ May both DA's and L's dreams come true and then... we can all proudly proclaim... "The Single's Club... where the stars shine and roam" or something like that!! Hee... Nevertheless, should you guys have any parts in TV shows or in the music scene, do give us a hint! We may not know you are in there (due to secrecy and all) but at least then we'll know of your works and one day, we can go "Hey!! You know DA (or L)'s first piece of work? Yeah... before he became so totally popular, he acted/sund in ........." >.< @L: I believe The Single's club don't have a collaboration on a song yet... though I can't quite remember if we've tried. I do know we did one at the Karaoke Club though. Haven't been there like in ages! Should you have a recommendataion, feel free to voice it out! Its been awefully quite here these days~ And oh yes... congratulations on the "no longer single" part!! ^_^ |

(for the Single Club theme song xo) but then again let's reselect the song for Single Club,shall we orz? any lists for us to choose? or that we could have the choice to choose for Single Club theme song xo? i would vote for 'Egao no Riyuu' by meg rock the lyrics speaks itself and i think 'Egao no Riyuu' means 'The Reason to Smile' in English? i am not too sure but i hope we all, Singles have reasons to smile after all, Singles couldn't be sad (just because we are Singles ._.) it's not so bad to have other reasons to smile even though we are singles xo *though i don't think the lyrics actually sing anything about single orz...* anyway~ What do you guys think Dx? |

[@Adel] Actually, the last Summer of high school before I went to college for one year I decided to act. Initially, that was the only thing I wanted to do. I honestly think I would be a good actor, although I'm not as good looking as like Lee Seunggi or Bi (such idols of mines). Eventually I started swaying over more to korean music, and got interested in that section of the business. So now, I basically want to do both, though now I'd love to make music, be in a group, perform on stage, and later act given the chance. The korean music industry is no joke, it takes years of training alone, even auditions are rough to get through. I fear my looks won't guide me to the top, let alone past auditions, but I know I'm talented and more skilled than a lot of idols now! I know with proper training and hard work, as well as learning the language... I can perform better than some idols who are overrated today. The only question is how I'd make it to Korea, so I'unno what I'm going to do. I'll fine a way. My friend was talking to me about this today and I said, although I don't know how to swim, I'll swim over there and live in a box if I have to. [@L] (forgot your regular name is "L" XD) Current I'm about to apply to PSU here in my state of PA. They "apparently" have a Korean Language Program, very much interested, tried emailing the contact e-mails on their asian studies page a while ago, no reply yet. Hopefully it's not a dead page, and hopefully I can only attend for the program. I don't want to major in something else just to learn the language. Yeah you can ask why not just take lessons, those are even hard to find as well and I'd rather have a class. You have limited classes, you pay a crap load per class, and it takes a shorter time to remember. Although loans are going to be hard to get from years on (cause our country is so effen rahtarded...), who knows what. I'm already dealing with issues with loans already since dropped out of my last college the beginning of the Fall quarter. I have to apply for the new college and pray I get in the way I want to get in, or else my future is dead and lost. I want to do it early so I can get early financial aid, then again I think you can apply the FAFSA without a chosen school. Then when you get accepted, your school will get that information and deal with that themselves. I don't remember. My aunt's so busy now and she helped me with loans the very first time. I did my FAFSA last year for this school year, but then later dropped out. I have to go back to school soon or else we have to pay a few loans straight up. I know that at least if I go back to school again, I'll be okay, my family won't stress about that situation with me anymore, and people can relax. Then maybe after a year of studies, we'll see what happens. It's tough just to get to Korea when you're not Korean nor having family in Korea. The only audition I know of it JYPE but that's way too high for me, and I honestly don't want to be under them. I don't know what I'm gonna do but I'll find a way somehow. Just pray for me. Recently though, there are more Korean auditions coming to America, so be on the look out! I have family in California at least, and California has some Korean auditions (Jessica and Tiffany from SNSD are from Cali, I think Nicole from Kara, too). Btw, post some stuff! Korean related or not, I'd like to hear. [@Engel] It's good to see you around Engel. What have you been up to? It feels like a year since we last spoken. :( Btw, I think and pretty sure we chose a song initially our "theme club" song a long time ago, but the project never went forward. There was a poll for what song would be chosen, I think some Haruhi anime related song got chosen because of the numerous versions. I know for sure there was something like that, cause I was one of the people in charge of the project and would do some editing.

All this talk in acting, music, and the clubs part in has got me thinking about the old radio – any plans to try and revive it? If something like that was undertaken, I'd do what I could to make it happen. I would enjoy hosting radio again since I've expanded my collection since a couple years back.. Wow, it almost has been that long. Anyway — @DA — If you swim to Korea and make it big, I'm going to make myself your agent. Sorry, too late to decline, I've already done up the paperwork, crossed the I's and dotted the T's .. .. Wait, that's not right. Reverse that. Kay, good. >_> @Adel & Engel — Selecting a new theme song could work out. Just take suggestions from members and then vote on 'em. Hopefully there would be some good songs to pick from.
